When you run your numbers & look at the facts of your business, it's clear that sliding scales are important for a number of reasons.

Sliding scales allow you to receive a profit regardless of your stylist's prices & they create a clear growth plan for your team to follow.

But I'm the first to say that business is not one size fits all. Figuring out what works best for you & your business is what's most important.
